Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice must be included.
- Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable agricultural products that have been improperly stored.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Clearance or sale items unless damaged or incorrect.
