BACK TO NATURE, TASTE THE ORIGINAL

Producing Healthy foods using Indigenous seeds by Natural way …

The original taste of food no longer exists today. The main difference is the method used in growing the food on the farm. In conventional farming, farmers utilize chemicals during production and processing of farm produce and also in Organic farming farmers also buy the organic fertilizers and pesticides ( human made ) from market which is harmful because it also having residue (poisonous heavy metals)  like Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Mercury, Nickel, Lead, etc. The bottom line is both conventional and organically grown food has pesticide residues on them when they come home from the grocery store or farmers market. What people often think when they purchase and consume organic food is that it is really pesticide-free. That is not the case.
For example, foods like vegetables and fruits should produce without Synthetic (human-made) Pesticides, Herbicides and harmful Chemical fertilizers, Growth hormones, Antibiotics, Genetically modified organisms (GMOs), Irradiation or ionizing radiation (a way to preserve food with radiation energy) .Hormones occur naturally in all animals and plants so there is no such thing as hormone-free food. However, you may see labels that say “no added growth hormones”. This means that added hormones were not used during production. They should not be used in milk, poultry and pork production. It’s a well-known fact that the food you eat has a direct role to play in your overall health, mental wellbeing, and immunity levels.
In an era where people are increasingly getting more and more health-conscious, the popularity of nutritious food is on the rise. Making healthier lifestyle choices and taking steps towards a better, more nourishing diet are becoming priorities when it comes to making decisions while grocery shopping.

Our Produce

 1.  Wholesome to taste

Our foods usually taste more naturally wholesome and nourishing, means that they retain their original taste and textures, and are often more concentrated in real flavor. Our foods offer as well as their relatively low environmental impact make them the first pick for many, especially when it comes to planning meals for expecting mothers, babies, growing children, and the elderly.

2.Packed with nutrients

Our foods have more vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, and enzymes, and contain higher levels of essential nutrients, antioxidants. These nutrients are vital for maintaining good health and preventing chronic diseases. We provide more iron, more Vitamin C, more magnesium, and more phosphorus than fruits and vegetables grown than other methods. Our foods have more Omega 3 and antioxidants in them than other foods thus more effective at helping prevent disease and cancers. When possible, it’s always better to provide your body with nutrition that’s devoid of artificial chemicals and preservatives. Our foods along with benefits derived from natural, plant-based ingredients.

3.Better for the environment

Our foods tend to be better for the environment and farming practices may reduce pollution, conserve water, reduce soil erosion, increase soil fertility, and use less energy. Farming without synthetic pesticides is also better for nearby birds and animals as well as people who live close to farms.

Our Technology has the Main Differences
than other Organic or Traditional methods of farming

1. Source of Growth : Our vegetables are grown naturally with indigenous seeds.

2. Speed of Growth :  "शुद्ध बीजापोटी फळे रसाळ गोमटी"     As the saying goes, if the seed is of good quality, the plant will grow as well. The fruits will also be juicy. That is, the quality of the seed sown will produce the crop. According to this principle, the above rules apply to the social system. Isn't the root of the social disorder that is seen today hidden in the above principles? This should also be looked at from a scientific point of view. Our vegetables and fruits are grows at its own pace due to indigenous properties of seeds, since no additional factors are included such as growth hormones, artificial fertilizers than are used in cultivating, organic and traditional methods to grows faster and quicker.

3. Use of Pesticides : Pesticides are a major component in organic and traditional methods while no pesticides are used in our method only natural farm made compounds using cow urine with tree leaves extract are used. In turn, the residues of synthetic pesticides make other organic traditional food somewhat toxic.

4. Source of Fertilizers : We are making our own technology using deshi cow dung and urine like Jeevamrut, Ghanjeevamrut while Fertilizers are used in organic and traditional methods are derived from factories, such as manure, compost and from other external sources.

5. Health Factor : Our foods are healthier than organic and traditional foods.

6. Use of Hormones : No growth hormones are used in our methods while hormones are frequently induced in plants and animals to fasten growth and meet the market demand in some organic and traditional methods.

7. Nutrient Composition : Our foods are Packed with nutrients. To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an       art.

8. Effect on Environment : Since natural fertilizers and pesticides are used to grow our method, it’s better for a healthy environment. Using our technology also helps to maintain the natural ecosystem, increase biodiversity, and promote soil and water health. On the other hand, synthetic components are utilized in organic and traditional methods that are severely harmful to the environment.

9. Shelf Life : Foods grow from method and traditional methods also differ from each other with respect to shelf life. Our food has three times more shelf life than other food and can be stored for longer time duration as they contain preservatives.

10. GMO Presence : Our food is free from Genetically Modified Organisms. Remember that GMOs are banned in some European countries because they cause severe allergic reactions and antibiotic resistance to the human body. And since GMOs are a prominent factor in food, frequent consumption can lead to adverse effects. Knowing the differences can give you knowledge and peace of mind about what’s best for healthy living.

Our mid to long-term vision is also to develop a co-operative system where we would be in dialogue with the government on furthering the Subhash Palekar Krushi and alongside help educate farmers on the benefits of Subhash Palekar Krushi, water conservation through our technology and help provide know-how on use of Natural resources. This will also help in converting the pesticide-based economy to healthy organic based economy and in turn help in improving national foreign exchange by virtue of exports, putting India’s name on top of world health map.
